AMAZING! I had the first attunement in Kundalini Reiki. I did it in order to facilitate helping others heal. The side effect was I RECEIVED SUCH A HEALING MYSELF! I just felt so much better, immediately! I had more energy and felt more peaceful and aligned. Like I'd just magically dropped some trapped emotional pain that I'd been carrying forever.
