EFT Muscle Testing Deck

While I try to have clients learn muscle testing, many will never end up using it because they don't trust they are objective and detached enough to get accurate results. However, if you wish to learn muscle testing and to try it first, please see my "How-To" on muscle testing here .

The main thing muscle testing is used for in EFT is for the detection of what is called "Psychological Reversal". In other words: blocks! Sometimes, tapping on an issue without first clearing a block in the way can make the person performing EFT feel like they are getting nowhere or that it is taking a long time to see results.

If you don't feel comfortable muscle testing, or even with an alternative to use in conjunction with it like I do, you might want to consider the use of divination. I started as a card reader so making my own deck came natural to me and results in my being able to track things other than PR that I wouldn't have considered or intuited. I find I catch more using the cards than with muscle testing alone.

If you wish to try using cards, they are really easy to make. You can use a package of business card stock that you would buy at a store like business depot. Such stock is use to print business cards on a home printer. They all are perforated so you dont have to do any cutting. Then you write the names of the reversals on the cards. How I made my deck was as below:

• 3 cards with "I deserve"
• 3 cards with "It is safe"
• 3 cards with "It is safe for others"
• 3 cards with "I am willing"
• 3 cards with "It is possible"
• 3 cards with "I will allow"
• 3 cards with "I will benefit"
• 3 cards with "Others will benefit"
• 3 cards with "I have what it takes"
• 3 cards with "I don't have to feel deprived"
• 3 cards with "I don't have to lose my identy"
• 3 cards with "I don't have to never"
• 3 cards with "I am ready"
• 3 cards with "I choose"
• 1 card with "I can"
• 1 card with "I want to"
• 1 cards with "I dont need to keep some of this problem"
• 1 card with "This issue does not have to return"
• 6 cards with "Blocks are clear"

You can write the blocks in a different way if you wish. I made three cards for each block so that each block would be available to be drawn from three different card pulls. This is just in case the mind doubts itself in pulling the right cards and a card can be drawn again if the reversal was not fully cleared.
I also made other cards for my deck which are optional, but useful if you are someone who tends to heal slowly and who feels blocked using the EFT (you might find out why):

• 3 cards: "Tap main issue" ~ such as it isn't necessary to tap on blocks or one can move on towards tapping the main issue
• 1 cards: "Another issue takes precedence" ~ such as if your tapping on a health issue and you should be tapping an emotion around it.
• 1 card: "fear of change": ~ can often be an issue that is needed to be tapped before another issue can be more successfully transformed.
• 1 card: "Clear Chakras and Energy First" ~ in case you would get better results clearing the energy field. See my blogs of clearing the chakras and energy field using EFT or use your own techniques
• 1 card: "I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself" (with all my weaknesses and limitations) ~ This is a massive psychological reversal correction. If someone has a chronic physical or emotional condition (like PTSD or Chronic Depression), this is something that might help to be tapped first to help other issues be cleared more easily.
• 1 card: "I'm tapping in the love, the light, the ability to be who I am and let my light shine" ~ is for clearing the energy and infusing oneself with light.
• 1 card: "I am forgiven by all, including myself, who have blamed me for this issue." ~ means that your sense of feeling unforgiven by others for this issue is blocking you.
• 1 card: "I forgive anyone who I have blamed for this issue, including God and myself." ~ means your lack of forgiveness of others is blocking resolution
• 1 card: "Cause" ~ so go back to set up statement and work on the cause and test for blocks to releasing the cause.. ie. "Even though I dont deserve to release the cause of this issue, I deeply and completely love and accept myself"
• 1 card: "Tap on memories rather than issues" ~ sometimes we cant shift the main issue unless we go back to the trauma or memories where the issue arose - like if fear of failure or fear of success, one would go back to the first time one felt these fears and memories involved and tap on these memories.

Some other cards I put in involve energy medicine balancing. There are conditions called "switching" (polarity switching), "homolateral energy flow" and "neurological disorganization" that can affect the healing process, muscle testing accuracy and the clearing of issues. Make any other cards you want to or can think of. I made some cards also for my deck that I found through reading Viana Stibals book on Theta Healing. I created cards for blocks such as soul retrieval, knowing what it feels like to be free of an issue, contracts, curses, cords etc. Find what works for you. Makes a pretty big deck but always surprises me the main cards I will draw are mainly the regular reversal cards.
